PT. Kwalita Bali, an International Handicraft Export company in Bali, is urgently seeking experienced, pro-active, independent personnel to join the Merchandising team.

ASSISTANT MERCHANDISER (AM)

Major Responsibilities :

• Assisting merchandisers in handling buyers’ request in product developments as well as in production
  
• Data entering new products information into company’s system.
  
• Weekly monitoring of production status and entering into company’s form for buyers’ review.

Requirements:

• Male/Female, minimum SMU graduate
  
• Good command in verbal and written English is a must
  
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook MS Word, Excel and Power Point.

MERCHANDISER (M)

Major Responsibilities :

• Handling buyers’ inquiries in product development by working closely with R&D department
  
• Daily communications with buyers to ensure all requests are met in an appropriate timeline.
  
• Following up orders and monitoring production to ensure on-time shipments

Requirements :

• Male/Female, minimum diploma graduate.
  
• 2 years experience in merchandising
  
• Good command in verbal and written English is a must
  
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, MS Word, Excel and Power Point
