Bancassurance Manager
Job Summary:
- Develops and establish business strategic alliances relationship with major bank
- Initiates and directs the design, development and promotion of insurance products
- Responsible for sales and marketing of insurance products through banks
- Implements and monitors sales administration process for the bancassurance business
- Prepares and analyzes statistical reports on sales results and activities
- Regularly monitors and evaluates the performance of produce sales
- Oversees the day-to-day operations of the department
Qualification & Experience Requirement:
- Minimum Bachelor degree
- Have experiences more than 3 years as a Sales Manager in life insurance or Bank (preferred if ever worked in both industries)
- Communication in English is a must
