• Assist in the planning of In-coming and Out-going project
• Project planning, organizing, implementation and monitoring
• Managing project documentation
• Plan tasks/project schedule
• Work in a project team and assistance to project manager
• Provide administrative support to the Project Department
• Other ah hoc duties as assigned by superior

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of working experience
• Diploma qualification or higher
• Independent, IT savvy and a team player
• Hardworking and Diligent
• Fast worker who is able to handle high volume of transactions and work long hours
• Good communication, interpersonal skills, and able to interact with people of all levels and teamwork
• Experience in Engineering and Maritime is an advantage
• Salary up to IDR 4 million after tax
• Well spoken and written English
• Female candidate preferred
