Assistant Director of Agency (Surabaya, Jawa Timur)
Responsibilities:

• To assist, motivate agents and maximize the peformance to achieve Agency target
• To ensure effective communication within and between sales team, regular briefing to sales staff on operational requirements and business development
• To assist agents and agency leaders and create a team base environment that stimulate high levels of individual performance and high level of integrity.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, any field.
• Required skill(s): Presentation & Negotiation skill.
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
• At least 3 - 5 year(s) of working experience as Assistant Director of Agency or similiar
• Preferably experience in Channel Distribution & Sales Management in a managerial role
