Responsibilities:
- Purpose
- Online Travelsite (OT) Business Partners represent the OT function in a business group, functional website, organization, or region and own the development and implementation of the OT plan. Playing a strategic partnership with the business as well as being employee advocate in the development and implementation of people agenda
- OT Business Partners develop expertise in the business or region and develop solutions for people and organizational levers. Positions in this discipline are always client/partner facing. The directional shift for this discipline is to operate as a proactive member of the business team that directs the OT plan and to act as an expert on partner issues.
- Ideally to have proven OT generalist experience and exposures in driving the people initiatives, particularly in the context of building talent and organization capability, being the agent of change in instilling the desired culture and motivating work environment through relevant OT programs & activities with the ability to make impact and influence to the stakeholders.
- In addition, the Group is expected to support and implementing OT core processes and ensuring OT operating excellence to respond the stakeholders needs and wants.
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree / Post
- Graduate Degree in Travel Management or equivalent.
- Required language(s): English.
- At least 6 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Coordinator/Supervisors specializing in OT or equivalent.
- Applicants should be Indonesian citizens or hold relevant residence status.

- Proven track of OT experience and exposure
