Senior Production Coordinator (Work location: Jakarta, Indonesia)

Job responsibilities:

• Supervise production team to monitor the execution of sample and bulk production to conform PSR time frame
• Assign production team to the designated factory
• Educate and supervise production team through on-field training
• Verify key information which collected by production team
• Grow proactive attitude to production team
• Troubleshoot improper execution of sample/ production
• Facilitate production/sample outcome to VFA/USA PA team
• Assign production team to assure the plan is executed on timely manner
• Supervise production team to facilitate weekly sample/ production progress
• Identify and alert potential production/ sample problem to VFA/ USA PA team that cannot be solved domestically (such as late fabric arrival, fabric quality problem, low production efficiency, poor quality performance, low production capacity assigned)
• Coordinate inspection arrangement with QA team
• Update shipment status to VF/ USA PA
• Alert & share quality related issue finding to QA team
• Share production/ sample finding to garment technician to improve efficiency
• Assure the required procedure from PA and QA team is properly implemented by QA and garment technician (eg. heat transfer procedure, garment test, shipment sample)

Requirements:

• At least 7 years experience in a similar capacity and experience working in buying office is preferable. Proven track record is a must.
• Good knowledge in apparel production
• Good planning skills, know priorities to manage daily work
• Effective oral and written communication skills in English as well as in local language
• Good computer knowledge & MS applications (Word, Excel)
