TPM is an Out-of-Home media advertising (Outdoor advertising) media placement and production specialist. With more than 20 years experience since 1986, and full offices in Singapore, Indonesia (Batam, Jakarta) and Shanghai, TPM has brought our expertise to projects for a diverse clientele - some recently notable ones include: Daikin, Beck's Beer, Heineken, Isuzu, Toshiba, CTC Holidays and Wyeth.

We invite suitable candidates to join a growing team to work closely with advertising agencies and advertisers to market and sell outdoor advertising services in Indonesia. You will strive to develop closer relationship with media agencies. You must have strong sense of initiative, drive and creativity to strategize winning sales presentations targeting new businesses.

We have job openings for:

1. Advertising Sales Manager
2. Advertising Sales Executive
3. Admin Executive

For position 1 and 2, the candidate should possess the following qualities:

• Diploma or degree holder preferred.
  
• Preferably in relevant disciplines such as business, marketing, visual communications, building and real estate management
  
• Experience in selling advertising media, good contacts with media agencies
  
• Sales oriented, young, aggressive, outgoing, resourceful and self-motivated
  
• Good command of written and spoken English, other language fluency in Bahasa Indonesia is a must.
  
• Proficient in MS Office, knowledge of Photoshop is a plus
  
• Will be based in Indonesia

For position 3, the candidate should be:

• Effectively bilingual
  
• Proficient in MS Office and knowledge in Photoshop would be preferred
  
• Fresh graduates with good communication skills are welcome to apply
