* At least two years working experience in a similar position in a four star deluxe hotel
* Fluent in written & spoken English; other language desirable
* Leadership including planning, decision - making, motivation of staff, team building
* Management including organization of staff and resource
* Presents as confident and pleasant in dealings with people
* Highly motivated, eager to learn
* Well Groomed
