Back of House Manager - Nihiwatu Luxury Resort Sumba Island

The chief responsibility of the position includes the supervision and management of the Housekeeping, Human Resources, Logistics and Security departments.
The applicant will also be required to liaise with local authorities and other public entities on behalf of the resort, and to maintain communications with the support office in Bali.
The successful applicant will need to possess the following skills and experience:
* Tourism or Hotel School qualification is an advantage
* Multi-skilled and experienced in various operations of luxury resorts
* 25 - 35 year age range, Indonesian citizen
* Strong leadership and organisational skills
* Attention to detail, able to develop and maintain sound operating systems, high work standards and efficient reports
* Flexible, patient and pro-active approach to work
* Excellent English communication and computer skills
* Willingness to work in a remote location and travelling on single status
The incumbent will report to the Resort Manager. Starting date is asap.
