Responsibilities:
- Manage, develop, motivate and lead a professional and success oriented team
- Develop business plans, strategies and new initiatives to achieve objectives and targets
- Identify, develop and manage new and existing client relationships and project opportunities
- Deliver creative ideas with excellent presentation skills to meet and fulfill customer needs
- Prepare customer-centric proposals, conduct presentations and contract negotiation
- Lead and monitor sales team toward performance and target achievement
- Having min 5 years management experience in sales/design/project industry preferred
- Outstanding interpersonal, relationship and communication skills
- Positive mind set, stable, dynamic, mature, responsible and highly motivated
- Must have strong leadership, analytical, problem solving & decision making skills
- Fluent in English
