GENERAL MANAGER ASSETS

• University degree in property management or relevant studies
• Has exposed and solid technical training in retail/mall/property management
  
• Strong analytical skills, profit & loss and revenue generation. Good leadership skills and team player
  
• Five years experience as Senior Operation Manager and GM Retail in reputable mall/property

GENERAL MANAGER OPERATIONS

• University degree in project management and general management
  
• Competent in operation, engineering, safety and security and overall management
  
• Strong leadership skills, able to analyze profit and loss, cost and expenses awareness, profit orientation
  
• Minimum 10 years of experiences in Senior Manager positions in superblock mall, Condo and Office Tower and managing more than 500 people

ADVERTISING AND PROMOTIONS MANAGER

• University degree
  
• Computer literate, design graphic with international standard and overseas exposure training
  
• Able to relate to all levels of employees, with a good command of written and spoken English, computer literate
  
• Minimum 5 years experiences and taken managerial role in advertising and promotion in multinational company

HOUSEKEEPING MANAGER

• Diploma degree from Hotel School and General Management
  
• Competent in some chemical usage for floor/marbel, carpet, wood etc
  
• Good leadership skills, good English communication ( speaking, reading, writing and listening), computer literate
  
• Minimum 7 year experiences as HK Manager in Hotels/ Mall with high standard of services

TENANCY FIT OUT SUPERVISOR / COORDINATOR

• University graduates in architect and exposure in projects
  
• Has created and developed multi design/drawing of project with AUTO CAD program
  
• Pleasant and friendly disposition, organized, efficient and able to work independently and able to work under pressure
  
• One or two years experience as Tenancy Fit Out personnel

SENIOR LEGAL OFFICER

• University degree in law from reputable university
  
• Competent in legal contract agreement following standardized format.
  
• Able to make a contract agreement following standardized format and good knowledge of legal aspect for corporation
  
• Minimum 3 years of experiences as legal staff in international coporation or public company

TECHNICAL ADMINISTRATION OFFICER

• Diploma certificate in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering
  
• Competent in technical operation and master in spare parts required for building maintenance
  
• Competent in Microsoft office, and conversant in English ( speaking, writing, listening, reading)
  
• Minimum 5 years experiences as Supervisor in Engineering Department

HOUSEKEEPING AND PEST CONTROL OFFICER

• Diploma in Hotel Schools
  
• Competent in handling HK operation with high standard quality of service and capable of using chemical
  
• Good English Communication, Good leadership skills and computer literate
  
• Minimum 5 years experience as HK Attendant in 5 star hotels

PUBLIC RELATION / MARCOM EXECUTIVE

• Diploma 3 degrees in Public Relation or relevant studies
  
• Trained in public relation, customer service and service excellent including the use of computers
  
• Pleasant and friendly disposition, organized, efficient and able to work independently
  
• Minimum two years experience as Public Relation staff in property management and hotels

MECHANICAL & ELECTRICAL AND CIVIL ENGINEERING SUPERVISOR

• High school certificate in Electrical (STM/SMK) or diploma degree in Electrical / Civil / Mechanical
  
• Competent in handling electrical matter in high risk building or superblock mall or construction
  
• Certify in some mechanical engineering matters
  
• Good leadership skills and conversant in English, capable in Microsoft office or relevant certification ( PABX ) etc
  
• Work independent with high standard with no fully supervision
  
• Good leadership skills and capable in supervising workforces
  
• Minimum 5 year experiences as Engineering staff in charge as electrician in large scale of operation or in project on mall/hotel as Civil staff or as Mechanical staff in large scale of operation-Mall or 5 star hotels

SAFETY AND SECURITY SUPERVISOR

• Diploma degree from relevant university
  
• Competent in dealing with diverse work of people, security guard, police and related parties
  
• Certify in Health & Safety regulation, Security . Good leadership skills, good English communication skills and computer literate
  
• Minimum 7 year experiences as Security and Safety Supervisor from reputable mall or 5 star hotels

MECHANICAL AND ELECTRICAL OR CIVIL ENGINEERS

• High school certificate or diploma degree in Electrical engineering
  
• Certify in Genset operation from Manpower Department or it affiliates
  
• Certify in chiller operation from Manpower Department or licenses
  
• Competent in operating Genset / chiller for large scale of building or mall
  
• Minimum 5 year experiences in operating Genset in large scale of mall or building

ELECTRICAL, MECHANICAL, AIRCONDITIONING TECHNICIANS

• High school certificate or diploma degree in Electrical engineering
  
• Certify in Genset operation from Manpower Department or it affiliates
  
• Certify in chiller operation from Manpower Department or licences
  
• Competent in operating Genset / chiller for large scale of building or mall
  
• Minimum 5 year experiences in operating Genset in large scale of mall or building
