PT Adaro Indonesia operates under a Coal Cooperation Agreement with the Government of Indonesia which gives it the right to mine coal within its Agreement Area in the Tanjung district of Kalimantan Selatan Province until the year 2022 with Rights to extend by mutual agreement are available.There are three deposits within the Agreement Area which contain total coal resources of 2.8 billion tones of open cut coal characterized by extremely thick seams of up to 50 meters with relatively low overburden. Shipping Officer (Code: SHO) (Jakarta)
Requirements:
- Male / Female
- Bachelor degree (with preference major in Computer or Mining discipline)
- Preferable has experience 2-3 years in shipping, logistic, handling L/C and knowledge of documentation in mining and coal industry.
- Good command in English, both spoken & written
- Advanced computer skills (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc)
- Hard working, strong leadership, self discipline and good communication skill an also willing to work under pressure.
Job Description:
Handling documentation of coal shipments for export + domestic shipment:
- Prepare pre-shipping docs prior shipment
- Follow up quality certificate and shipping docs after completion loading vessel/barge
- Prepare invoicing coal shipments
- Prepare lay time calculation vessel
- Prepare administration coal shipment report and filling
Accounting Assistant Manager (Code: AAM) (Kalimantan)
Requirements:
- Male/ Female
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Accountancy
- Preferably has experiences in public accounting firm & mining company
- Min 5 years experiences
- Good command in English, both spoken & written
- Advanced computer skills (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc)
- Hard worker, good interpersonal skill
- Willing to be located at South Kalimantan
Legal Officer (Code: LO)
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree of Law
- Have experience 2-5 years in corporate legal
- Familiar with mining law
- Good interpersonal skill
- Good command in English, passive and active
Front Liner (code: FO) (Jakarta)
Requirements:
- Female
- Min D3 majoring in English
- Fluent in English both oral and written
- Computer literate
- Has excellent interpersonal and communication skills
