SALES TRAINEE
The Job :
- Lead and manage an exclusive sales team from appointed dealers
- Maximize business volume, distribution and merchandising opportunities in the designated territories
- Motivate, train and develop the Dealer`s sales team to provide superior customer service
- Manage and improve the sales team's productivity
- Min a bachelor degree (S1) in any discipline
- Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply, preferebly with 1-3 years experiencein sales of consumer products in FMCG or Pharmaceutical company
- Good inter personal skills
- Possess leadership skill and also a team player
- Possess high integrity
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skill
- Possess computer literate
- Possess high self confident
- Willing to travel
- Willing to be relocated to other area in different province
