We are looking for a high caliber candidate to join our growing sales and services team in the following positions:Service Engineer (based in Pangkalan Kerinci, Riau)
Job Summary:
- Fabrics, spareparts and consumables sales support
- Technical support for customers in consumables operation and selection
- new lead identification, continuous introduction of latest offering and technical development
- Inventory and stock refill follow-up
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in related fields of study
- Minimum 5 years experience in consumables and/or spare parts customer service and sales, preferably in pulp & paper industry
- Knowledge of paper machinery and Metso solutions is a plus
- Customer service and sales oriented attitude and proven track record
- Good command in English and computer literacy in MS Office
- Willingness to travel and be located in customer mills
