Banyan Tree Bintan, Indonesia, a 64 Resort Villa located on the idyllic Island of Bintan, 1 hour from Singapore is looking for:

Asst. Human Resources Manager

Candidate’s Profile
• Bachelor degree or equivalent in Psychology or Law
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in the field applied
• Familiar with Indonesian Labor Law
• Good command of verbal and written English
• Must have strong recruitment skills with the ability to arrange and carry out multiple recruitment task
• Computer savvy and must be proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
• Must have structured approach to administrative work and strong in presentation skills
• Must be highly motivated, energetic with pleasant personality.
• Willing to relocate to Bintan, Kepulauan Riau
