1. INFORMATION & TECHNOLOGY MANAGER (ITM)
Specific Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor Degree graduates majoring in Computer Science/ Information Technology
- Having CISA certification is preferred
- Having at least 5 years experience in the similar position
- Experienced in Operating System, Network and Business Application technology
- Able to interpret business strategy and translate into IT resource requirements
- Having capability to do and compile IT policies
- Having skills in database (ORACLE, MS-SQL)
- Experienced in IT infrastructure planning and development
- Having a minimum of 3 years experiences in managing IS section/department, familiar with ERP system, familiar with software development life cycle
- Able to evaluate new software applications, remote application management, data communication, disaster recovery, security plan and other system management
2. LOGISTIC HEAD (LH)
Specific Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor Degree with more than 3 years experience as Logistic Head in FMCG Company
- Having good knowledge in the distribution channel and mechanism of FMCG and Pharmaceutical
- Having good concept of Distribution Company
3. ACCOUNTING HEAD (AH)
Specific Qualifications:
- Male/Female, Bachelor Degree in Accounting/Finance from reputable university minimum 3 years solid experience as an Accounting Head at FMCG
- Having good experiences in accounting and financial planning & analysis, coordination for the annual budget, tax matter, new product and business development plan
4. ENGINEERING HEAD (EH)
Qualifications:
- S1 Mechanical/Electrical Engineering from reputable university
- Minimum 3 years solid experience as Engineering Head
- Familiar with Filling and packaging machine
- Possess strong leadership, inter-personal communication, problem-solving and analytical skills
5. BRAND MANAGER (BM)
Specific Qualifications:
- Male/Female, maximum 30 years old
- S1 graduate from reputable university with GPA minimum 3.3. Master graduate in Marketing is preferred
- Having deep experience of minimum 5 years in managing and developing FMCG brand: TVC Making and Media Planning (familiar with TVC rules and regulation); BTL program (able to analyze the most effective program; Market Analysis (SWOT, competitor); Marketing budget and plan
- Familiar with the marketing research design, study and analysis: Qualitative Research Quantitative Research; Distribution Tracking, Post ads.
- Able to communicate in Chinese is preferred
- Interested to work on international market development project
6. RECRUITMENT SUPERVISOR (RSV)
Specific Qualifications:
- Male/Female, maximum 30 years old
- Bachelor Degree in Psychology with minimum GPA 3.00
- Having 4 years experience in development and recruitment projects
- Having 2 years experience as Recruitment Supervisor
- Familiar with Psychological test procedure, interview, and administration
7. REMUNERATION SPECIALIST (RS)
Specific Qualifications:
- Male/Female, maximum 28 years old
- Bachelor Degree from any discipline with GPA min. 3.00
- Excellent knowledge in benefit welfare matter, remuneration system, payroll, Performance Management System, and tax/banking
GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS:
- Excellent in written and spoken English is a must
- Possess strong leadership, inter-personal communication, problem-solving and analytical skills
- Have a Can Do attitude, communication & relationship building, conceptual thinking, developing others, integrity, teamwork
- High integrity, positive thinking and attitudes, honesty, persistent, team player
- Proactive, hard worker, discipline and willing to work extra hours & under pressure to meet deadline
