3. ACCOUNTING HEAD (AH)
Specific Qualifications:

• Male/Female, Bachelor Degree in Accounting/Finance from reputable university minimum 3 years solid experience as an Accounting Head at FMCG
• Having good experiences in accounting and financial planning & analysis, coordination for the annual budget, tax matter, new product and business development plan

4. ENGINEERING HEAD (EH)
Qualifications:

• S1 Mechanical/Electrical Engineering from reputable university
• Minimum 3 years solid experience as Engineering Head
• Familiar with Filling and packaging machine
• Possess strong leadership, inter-personal communication, problem-solving and analytical skills

5. BRAND MANAGER (BM)
Specific Qualifications:

• Male/Female, maximum 30 years old
• S1 graduate from reputable university with GPA minimum 3.3. Master graduate in Marketing is preferred
• Having deep experience of minimum 5 years in managing and developing FMCG brand: TVC Making and Media Planning (familiar with TVC rules and regulation); BTL program (able to analyze the most effective program; Market Analysis (SWOT, competitor); Marketing budget and plan
• Familiar with the marketing research design, study and analysis: Qualitative Research Quantitative Research; Distribution Tracking, Post ads.
• Able to communicate in Chinese is preferred
• Interested to work on international market development project

6. RECRUITMENT SUPERVISOR (RSV)
Specific Qualifications:

• Male/Female, maximum 30 years old
• Bachelor Degree in Psychology with minimum GPA 3.00
• Having 4 years experience in development and recruitment projects
• Having 2 years experience as Recruitment Supervisor
• Familiar with Psychological test procedure, interview, and administration

7. REMUNERATION SPECIALIST (RS)
Specific Qualifications:

• Male/Female, maximum 28 years old
• Bachelor Degree from any discipline with GPA min. 3.00

Responsibilities:

• Prepare periodic budgets and forecasts of mine production.
• Monitor and manage site engineering process.
• Monitor and manage production process and quality (O/B removel process, coal getting process).
• Develop Site Organization (manage people, asset and whole SOP).
• Provide development and guidance to all subordinates in order to enhance their skills.
• Perform surface and underground mine inspections.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years experience in similar role.
• University degree in mining engineering or similar discipline.
• Excellent communication, written - verbal, both in English and Bahasa Indonesia, and able to communicate at senior level both internally and externally is preferred.
• Efficient, honest, team player, analytical, attention to detail and quality, persistence and systems orientated.
• Have understanding of safety rules.

• Develop and manage Safety, Health & Environment.
• Develop & Implement Social Responsibility / community development.
• Project Development (manage & supervision construction process).
• Develop Site Organization (manage people, asset and whole SOP).

Requirements:

• Male with maximum age of 45.
• Degree qualified in related discipline.
• Above 8 years experience in a Coal Mining Industries.
• High level of computer literacy, including knowledge of mine planning software.
• Honest, detail oriented, highly motivated, and able to work in a team.
• Willing to work at mine site.
• Great interpersonal skills.
• Have license from Dirjen ESDM as “Pengawas Operasional Utama”.
• Have a strong leadership.
• Willing to work together with major contractor in achieving an excellent result.

SAFETY, HEALTH & ENVIRONMENTS HEAD (SHEH)
Responsibilities:
Responsible for developing and promoting a high level of safety awareness, occupational health throughout all aspects of existing operation, into the construction and general operation phases.

Requirements:

• Education: University Degree in HSE or related fields from a reputable University.
• Experience: Min. 5 years experience in a Health, Safety and Environmental Management context with an extensive and successful occupational health and safety background in Mining Industries.
• Certify in Health, Safety and Environmental knowledge.
• Computer Literate: MS Office (Word and Excel).
• Language: Good command of English, both oral & written.
• Willing to work together with major contractor in achieving an excellent result.
