PT Asmin Koalindo Tuhup (AKT) was first established as PT Swabara Guna on 11 September 1992, and changed its name to PT Asmin Koalindo Tuhup on 25 February 1998. It was granted a 3rd generation Coal Contract of Work (CCOW) by the Indonesian Government on 31 May 1999. AKT was incorporated as a domestic owned company (PMDN) and subsequently became a foreign owned company (PMA) in 2005, with no requirements for further divestment to local parties. BLEM gained full management control of AKT through the acquisition of 30% of the shares of the company in October 2007. It acquired a further 69% of AKT shares in December 2009.



We are currently seeking talented and energic staff to fill the following vacant positions:



PT. Asmin Koalindo Tuhup (AKT), subsidiary of PT. Borneo Lumbung Energy and Metal Tbk is the fast growing COKING coal mining company with 230.000 BCM of OB daily productions. The mining is located in Murung Raya, Central Kalimantan.

We are currently seeking talented and energies staffs to fill the following vacant positions:



1. Deputy Kepala Teknik Tambang (DKTT)



Qualification :

• Max. 45 years old

• Bachelor degree in mine engineering, Geologist or Environment Engineering

• 3 - 5 years experience as an Deputy Kepala Teknik Tambang in open pit of coal mining (in Owners / PKP2B would be an advantage)

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, good analytical and focus on detail

• Have a POU License

• Good communication skills in English both verbal and written



2. Environmental Superintendent (ENVSPT)



Qualification :

• Max. 45 years old

• Bachelor degree in Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Natural Resources, Earth Science or its equivalent

• Minimum 5 years experience in the mining industry. Have experiences in coal mining project (in Owners / PKP2B would be an advantage)

• Strong technical skills in environmental management and interpersonal skills

• Have a POM License

• Good communication skills in English both verbal and written



3. Environmental Supervisor (ENVSPV)



Qualification :

• Max. 35 years old

• Bachelor degree in Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Natural Resources, Earth Science or its equivalent

• Minimum 3 years experience in the mining industry. Have experiences in coal mining project would be an advantage

• Strong technical skills in environmental management and interpersonal skills

• Have a POP License

• Good communication skills in English both verbal and written



4. Environmental Officer (ENVOF)



Qualification :

• Max. 30 years old

• Diploma degree in Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Natural Resources, Chemistry or its equivalent

• Minimum 1 years experience in the mining industry. Have experiences in coal mining project would be an advantage

• Strong technical skills in environmental management and interpersonal skills

• Good communication skills in English both verbal and written



5. Senior Long Term Engineer (SLTE)



Qualification :

• Max. 40 years old

• Bachelor degree in Mine Engineering, Civil Engineering, Geology Engineering

• Minimum 3 years experience as an engineer or supervisor in open pit coal mining area

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skill, good analytical and focus on detail

• Have Skill in MS Project, Minex, Minescape, AutoCAD, Mine Scheduling Software, TALPAC

• Good communication skills in English both verbal and written



6. Senior Short Term Engineer (SHTE)



Qualification :

• Max. 40 years old

• Bachelor degree in Mine Engineering, Civil Engineering, Geology Engineering

• Minimum 3 years experience as an engineer or supervisor in open pit coal mining area

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skill, good analytical and focus on detail

• Have Skill in MS Project, Minex, Minescape, AutoCAD, Mine Scheduling Software, TALPAC

• Good communication skills in English both verbal and written



7. Long Term Engineer (LTE)



Qualification :

• Max. 35 years old

• Bachelor degree in Mine Engineering, Civil Engineering, Geology Engineering

• Minimum 2-3 years experience as an engineer or supervisor in open pit coal mining area

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skill, good analytical and focus on detail

• Have Skill in Minex, Mine Scheduling Software

• Good communication skills in English both verbal and written



8. Mining Engineer (ME)



Qualification :

• Max. 30 years old

• Bachelor degree in Mine Engineering

• Minimum 1-2 years experience as Mine Engineer

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skill, good analytical and focus on detail

• Good communication skills in English both verbal and written



9. QC Geologist (QCG)



Qualification :

• Approximately 35 years (can be relaxed for experienced candidates)

• Bachelor degree in Geology Engineering

• Preferably an experienced Geologist with coal quality job (1 – 5 years)

• Subject knowledge, strong leadership and good analytical skill

• Computer literate

• Good communication skills in English both verbal and written



10. HE Operator Trainer (HEOT)



Qualification :

• Male Max. 40 years old

• Minimum 3 years experience in heavy equipment trainer especially in mining companies

• Have TOT Certificate

• Computer literate

• Ability to teach (In Class & field practical)

• Have a POP License would be an advantage
