Darma Henwa, a leading regional integrated mining company for more than 19 years. Pt Darma Henwa Tbk principal activities are contract mining, civil engineering and leasing of equipment. The Group's marketing and consultancy division is engaged in marketing coal and its related products.

Darma Henwa is currently seeking highly motivate and ambitious individuals that willing to placed at site Asam Asam, South Kalimantan to support the company operation expansion.

Mine Operation Superintendent (MOSpt)
- Min. degree in mining or civil engineering
- Minimum 5 years experience in open pit mines including management, planning and mine operations
- Having a good understanding of wide range mining equipment application
- Preferably held a “POM” Mining Indonesia competency certificate

Mine Plan Engineer (MPE)
- Min. Degree in Mining Engineering
- Minimum 3 years experience in open pit mines
- Can gain control software Minescape, Surpae, Info folder, AutoCad
- Preferably held a “POP” Mining Indonesia competency certificate

Surveyor (S)
- Min. D3 Geodetic or related
- Min. Experience 3 years as a Surveyor
- Knowledge of mine planning and survey related software

Maintenance & Plan Superintendent (MPS)
- Min. degree in mechanical Engineering
- Mechanical Experience with Hydraulic Excavator, Dozers, Graders, Trucks, Drills, MULTIFLO Pump
- Ability to understand service manuals (CAT, Komatsu, Cummins engines and hydraulic systems)
- Familiar with CATERPILLAR & KOMATSU machines & engines is preferred

Heavy Equipment Instructor/ Trainer (HEI)
- Min. degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Having TOT Certificate, experience 3 years in same position
- Experience in Heavy Equipment Maintenance and Maintenance Planning
- Good presentation and training skills

Heavy Equipment Mechanic (M)
- Must possess at least STM
- Good knowledge maintenance and repair heavy equipments (Dozer, Grader, Excavator and Heavy Trucks)
- Experience in repair, overhaul, preventive maintenance and electrical
- Unit that will be handled : Komatsu HD 465/785 up, CAT 777A/D, EX 2500/1200, PC 1250, D 375, G14/16
- BMC License preferred
- Preference will be given to candidates from the South Kalimantan

HSE Supervisor (HSE)
- Diploma degree (D3) in Occupation Health, Safety and Environmental qualification
- Experience in mining company will be advantage
- Have a good knowledge in safety, quality, health & environment and good in establish for HSE Management System, ISO 9001:2000, OHSAS 18001, ISO 14001

Warehouse Supervisor (WS)
- D3 Mechanical or Bachelor Degree preferably from Engineering
- Experiences in Logistics & warehouse, preferably

HRGA Superintendent (HR)
- Bachelor Degree related to each position
- Minimum 3 years experience in HR
- Familiar with manpower regulation (UU No. 13/2003)
- Have skill in recruitment, training, payroll and external relation

Cost Control Project - Finance (CC)
- Female, max. 30 years old and degree in Accounting
- Experience in same position min. 2 years
- Preference will be given to candidates from the South Kalimantan
