Receptionist
Responsibility:
- Front office operational, to support A/R Administration and as personal assistant of General Manager of Sales and Marketing such : handling incoming and out call, meeting & travel arrangement , travel claim, mail distribution , filling, welcoming guest and other sign duties by General Manager
- Min Diploma in Public Communication, Secretary or Administration.
- Fresh graduate or minimum of 1 year experience in same the same field.
- Excellent in computer such Ms. Office, Windows and having SAP would be advantage.
- English is a must (oral and written)
- Good personality, communication & administration skills, Result and process oriented.
- Not older than 25 years old.
Responsibility:
- Handle customer complain and solving related with products, compiling 8D
- Report, making trial of new product, alternative material and new process,creating technical report and process instruction and change modification reque
- Degree in Engineering ( from overseas would be advantage )
- Having a minimum of 2 years experience in the same fields or continuous improvement projects
- Excellent in computer tools such Microsoft Office, Visio and others
- Well organized & willing to work in a team
- Result and process oriented. Good leadership, communication and analytical skills
Responsibility:
- Electrical trouble shooting, installation , maintenance and repair all electrical control system, machine
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical
- Having knowledge on PLC ( SIEMENS ), Electrical wiring and control system, pneumatic
- Good analytical skills, electrical trouble shooting
- Having ISO knowledge and TPM
- Able to communicate in English
Responsibility:
- Making mechanical parts with milling, turning and grinding machines, able to read technical drawing, mechanical analytical
- To maintenance all utilities equipment such: Air Compressor, Water treatment, Chiller machine and Generators.
- Senior of Technology High School or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- Having a minimum of 2 years experience in a MNC ( Multi National Company ).
- Able to operate computer
- Able to communicate in English
Responsibility:
- Keeping machine efficiency, shrinkage and quality as per targeted.
- Technical repairing, alignment, lubrication and regular maintenance.
- Fully responsibility daily process control check on mechanical aspect and mechanical trouble shooting.
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Mechanical drawing and machine element.
- Good analytical skills, Technical Process and Mechanical
- Having ISO knowledge and TPM.
- Having lamp making process would be advantage.
- Able to communicate in English.
Responsibility:
- Performance semi routine and moderately complex activity for development and implementation of process/ manufacturing techniques
- Modifies process formulation, definition of standard processing and handling equipment and methods used in the manufacture, fabrication and evaluation of product produce by company
- Review product requirement with design staff to ensure compatibility of processing methods
- Recommends and prepares changes, additions and modifications which will facilitate manufacturing process
- Compiles and evaluates test data to determine appropriate limit and variable for process of materials specification
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Able to operate MS Office, Mechanical Drawing
- Good analytical skills, Technical Process and Mechanical
- Having ISO knowledge and TPM

Responsibility:
- Responsible and accountable for the successful PTOI sales, providing Technical Sales and trouble shooting for internal and external customer
- Conduct training and product update to all internal sales PTOI. Conduct and organize training and product update to all PTOI customers
- Provide continuous schedule training and product update to OEM Manager
- Contribute to overall PTOI sales target and achieve specific OEM sales target
- Develop new OEM and project customers
- Response to customers’ enquiries related with sales and technical
- Successfully troubleshooting technical problems on products and projects until case closed
- Maintained existing customers and achieve satisfied results for customer satisfaction survey
- Develop Technical support person to acceptable results measured by separate survey.
- Support and assist of OSRAM projects and exhibitions
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering
- Required skill(s): Lamp trouble shooting, Analytical, Communication, Negotiation
- Required language(s): English, German
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Preferably Senior Staffs specializing in Engineering - Electrical or equivalent
