• S1 Geology / Mining
• Minimum 4 years of experience in coal industry as Geologist
• Know a good layer / deposits of coal, including coal outcrop study analysis

• Monitoring the progress of the pit, to be consistent with the mine design.
• Implementation of safety in the area around the mine
• Organize, lead foreman and field workers who recorded the daily progress of the pit.
• Compiling data - data from field observations and making reports Overburden and Coal Getting, Day work, land clearing, fuel weekly and monthly basis.

• Minimal S1 Mining Engineering graduates
• Experience working in an open pit mining at least four years. For the senior level, competence and ability must be proven.
• Physical excellence to work in the field
• Awareness of safety issues.
• Working with the roster system.
• Placed in Outside Java (site office).

• Create an open pit mine layout, complete with their parameters manually or using software.
• Conduct periodic evaluations of the process of mining the pit in question.
• Create a short term plan to be in line with the master plan of the management company.
• Make scheduling o excavation of the pit, or some of the pit so that the output teroptimisasi.

• Minimal S1 Mining Engineering graduates
• Experience working in an open pit mining at least four years.
• Has experience as mine planning at least two years. For the senior level, competence and ability must be proven.
• Understand aspects of mine design, and able to make these designs either manually or with software (MineScape, Minex, Autocad land desktop, Carlson Mining)

• Strong knowledge and has successfully experience in mines planning, project planning, scheduling, management of open cut mines.
• Be able to construct geology models & pit designs.
• Can communicate all significant issues relating, to operations, environmental management or safety.

Specific Requirements :

• Min. D3 Mining Engineer from reputable University.
• Min. 3 years experience as Mining Engineer in Coal Mining Company
• Have good knowledge of software mining programs especially Minescape
• Initiative, planning & organizing skills, problem solving, time management, interpersonal skills, teamwork, and client focus and be result driven

Senior Mining Engineer (SrMPE-01)
Key Accountabilities :

• Strong knowledge and has successfully experience in operation which includes; mines planning, project planning, scheduling and controlling of mining operation, contract mining, management of open cut mines in high rainfall areas.
• Be able to construct geology models & pit designs.
• Can communicate all significant issues relating, to operations, environmental management or safety.

Specific Requirements :

• Min. S1 Mining Engineer from reputable University.
• Min. 5 years experience as Mining Engineer in Coal Mining Company
• Have good knowledge of software mining programs especially Minescape & SURPAC
• Have Certified in POP (“Pengawas Operasional Pratama”)
• Strong Leadership capability, initiative, planning & organizing skills, problem solving, time management, interpersonal skills, teamwork, and client focus and be result driven

Geologist (Ge-01)
Key Accountabilities :

• Develop & Manage Exploration Plan
• Strong knowledge in principle of Geology
• Be able to describe coal outcrops, coring and also geotechnical sampling procedure
• Ability to design structure contour as normal
• Able to do geology mapping.

Specific Requirements :

• Min. D3 Geology from reputable University.
• Expert in software mining especially Minescape
• Having Experience min. 2 years at geological mapping in coal mining exploration
• Strong in analysis and evaluation to check the potentiality of new mine concession and must have good reporting skill

Electrical Engineer (ELE-01)
Key Accountabilities :

• Ability to set up electrical system at remote area ( Building prototype & designing systems)
• High level of knowledge on specifications and drawings electrical system and general electrical line of coal processing and documents related to engineering and construction.
• Prepare electrical scope documents, budgets, specifications and schedules.
• Participate in the engineering, design and construction review processes
• Understanding generator system, PLC’s programming, Electrical commissioning & testing control panels and AC/DC
• Ensure the production of quality electrical engineering plans and specifications, while ensuring compliance with project, company and industry requirements and standards.

Specific Requirements :

• Min. S1 Electrical Engineering.
• Min. 3 years experience in Mining Company
• Understand about MS Office & Auto cad.
• Willing to work in team environment
• Must have excellent conceptual skills and be very detail oriented

Safety & Environment Officer (SEO-01)
Key Accountabilities :

• Able to developing and implementing all necessary SE programs, coordinate implementation of facilities, environmental and safety
• Prepare all documentations related to HSE
• Able to direct the Safety and Environment Policy for work safety in mining activities.
• Able to identify and to prevent the work accident before happen it in every mining activities.

Specific Requirements :

• Min. D3 Safety & Environment or equivalent.
• Min. 3 years experience in Mining Company
• Knowledge of K3 regulation and Environmental Management.

Accounting Staff for Barito Utara (ACC)
Key Accountabilities :

• Knowing accounting cycle, GL, fix asset (familiar in day to day accounting)
• Ability to prepare consolidation financial report an budgeting
• Preparation of the monthly financial statements of the company and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements of a listed company
• Preparation of trend and variance analysis between months and between actual vs budget
• Computer and associated accounting software knowledge is important

Specific Requirements :

• Male / Female, single, max 30 years old
• Min. D3 Accounting / Finance at least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Able to speak English (passive)
• Able to work with as a team or individually
• Trustworthy, discipline, hard worker, fast learner.
• Living in Kalimantan; Job Location on Barito Utara
