• Graduated from IT/IS Engineering or equivalent;
• Having 10 years working experiences in Information Technology (IT) field, with minimum 5 years experiences as SAP Consultant;
• Having experiences in SAP projects in Oil & Gas environment is preferable.

• Graduated from Engineering discipline;
• Having 10-15 years working experiences in Commissioning Management of large Onshore/Offshore Oil & Gas Projects
• Familiar with Work Permit System
• Able to manage multi disciplines personnel.

• Graduated from Engineering discipline;
• Having 8-10 years working experiences in large Onshore! Offshore Oil & Gas Projects;
• Having 6-8 years as Work Permit Coordinator / Specialist;
• Familiar and experience in SIMOPS System.

• Handle the day-today banking operations, maintaining the cashbook, preparation of bank reconciliations.
• Deal with statutory tax issue, tax computation and filing of tax returns on a timely manner. If necessary seek assistance from External Auditors.
• Liaise with External Auditors on planning and finalizing the annual audit.
• Timely preparation of the Annual Budget - OPEX & CAPEX.

Qualification for Commissioning & Warranty Manager :

• Shall possess a Degree/Diploma in Marine Engineering preferably with COC Class 1 or 2 Marine Engineer Qualification
• Will be well versed with the Classification Society rules and Statutory Requirements of vessels
• Will have 3 to 5 years hands-on experience in the commissioning of shipboard system and equipment with the strong fundamentals in M&E instrumentation and controls

Responsibilities of Commissioning Manager :

• Manage the commissioning team to support and perform commissioning activities according to the planned schedules
• Provide technical support and attendance to trouble shooting on any deficiency, failure and non-compliance of system/equipment performance
• Attend vessels seal trial activities

Responsibilities of Warranty Manager :

• Receive the warranty claims from the vessels after delivery, analyse their cause and nature and then disseminate to the responsible parties (Class, Ship designer, owners, vendor and department trades) for their action in accordance with the contracted terms and conditions
• Co-ordinate and monitor closely with responsible parties on the progress of warrranty claims to ensure that these issues be resolved amicably and within the shortest possible time frame
• Deal with the responsible parties on any warranty dispute for an acceptable solution to resolving any issues

Qualification for OH & Safety Manager :

• A time served background in rig/ship building, rig/ship conversion
• Formal qualification in OH & S
• Thorough knowledge and understanding of OHAS 18001:2000
• Preferably a lead OHSAS Auditor
• Min. 5 years experience in a Senior OH & S position within a shipyard with multilingual workforce

Responsibilities :

• Overall management of the Occupational Health & Safety Management System
• Ensure company's OH & S procedures are up to date and as a minimum conform to local legislation and where practicable conform with International Best Practice
• Coordinate with company Management, Owners, Contractors and local authorities on OH & S matters
• Devise, implement, coordinate, conduct OH & S training
