Corporate Legal Manager (Code: CLM)

Reports to BU President Director, working closely with management in specific business issues/projects, the incumbent is responsible to;

Main Tasks:

• Manage all legal affairs of the company with several function as: Corporate Secretary, to manage corporate documentations and corporate matters; Commercial Lawyer, to get involved in all commercial transactions; Case Management, to organize any legal cases, as well General Councel for the legal advisory function;
  
• Providing legal advices of the company business activities on legal issues; and ensuring all company’s legal obligations as required by laws to be properly addressed and conducted in accordance with: Corporations acts; Company’s Articles of Association; and Laws - regulations
  
• Updating the latest relevant legal products including its legal implications to the business; as well Providing legal advices on preparation of Legal disputes settlement (Lawsuit, claim, etc.),
  
• Handling company’s legal documents and filling system (Agreements/contracts, deeds, certificates, permits, licenses)
  
• Managing safety function in the related department as well the respective organization.
  
• Coordinating company’s COE, attending, minutes of meeting, reporting, and following up (outstanding) critical legal issues;
  
• Being part of Company’s restructuring program, i.e: debt restructuring, share transfer, divestment, winding up subsidiaries, as the case.

General Requirements:

• Bachelor Law Degree (S1 graduated from from any reputable university in Indonesia)
  
• Minimum 5 years relevant experiences as Corporate Legal in similar environment and having 2 – 3 years lawyer experienced in any reputable law firm
  
• Excellent knowledge of Indonesian Legal System and substance, Good Lawyer skills
  
• Good legal networking: outside lawyers, legal persons of the Group, notaries and government officials.
  
• Understand local culture is an advantage and will be a value added
  
• Good interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
  
• Computer literate for Ms. Word, Ms. Excel and Ms. Power Point programs.
  
• Actively speaking and writing in English.

Report to Purchasing Sr. Manager. The role of the position is responsible for procurement of spesific categories of goods, such as technical equipment, computer and/or raw materials. University graduate in industrial Engineering or Economics with min. GPA 3.00, Good communication and negotiation skills. Having 5 years experience as a Buyer or similar position

Min. GPA 3.00 enthusiastic, open minded, achiever, people oriented, proactive, good analytical and problem solving skills, computer literate and excellent in English both verbal and written.
