Corporate Legal Manager
Report to Legal & Land Affairs Director. The incumbent will be accountable to prepare and review contract, letter of agreement, and other legal document to ensure its legal compliance. Dealing with external consultant or with goverment includes negotiation with local Government. Overlook and process IPR (Intellectual Property Right) problem & cases. University degree in Law from reputable university. Strong leadership, interpersonal skills and having min. 5 years experience as a Corporate Legal Manager

Buyer
Report to Purchasing Sr. Manager. The role of the position is responsible for procurement of spesific categories of goods, such as technical equipment, computer and/or raw materials. University graduate in industrial Engineering or Economics with min. GPA 3.00, Good communication and negotiation skills. Having 5 years experience as a Buyer or similar position

Min. GPA 3.00 enthusiastic, open minded, achiever, people oriented, proactive, good analytical and problem solving skills, computer literate and excellent in English both verbal and written.
