PT MITRA ADI PERKASA (Fashion) - Brand Manager / HRD Manager / Store Managers / Visual Merchandiser
We are looking for highly committed young professionals for positions of :
Brand Manager (BM)
Female with previous experiences in sourcing and/or managing ladies footwear international brands. Excellent merchandising, organization, and communication/negotiation skills with both overseas & local suppliers. Have a good analytical skills with strong drive to achieve Company's objectives and targets
HRD Manager (HRM)
Female with previous experiences in Human Resources Management, preferably strong in industrial relations, recruitment & training, staffs developments, and budgeting / HR planning.
Have excellent leadership, communication/negotiation, interpersonal relation and organization skills as these are required skills for managing over 500 staffs. Willing to work long hours under pressures and have to be hands-on person
Store Managers (SM)
Male/Female with excellent leadership, management, communication, and organization skills. Capable of managing large stores and drive highly motivated teams. Willing to work long hours under pressures and to have strong drive to achieve Company's objective
Visual Merchandiser (VM)
Male/Female with previous experience in fashion retail visual merchandising with good fashion flair and taste. Willing to work long hours, hands-on person and ability to operate computer design software (3D MAX, Corel Draw, Free-Hand, Photoshop) will be an advantage
General requirements :

- Min. 2 years experiences within the same field with English fluency in speaking and writting.
- Female/Male graduated from reputable university
- Mature, pleasant attitude with presentable look and have passion & flair to fashion
