AusAID : PT PROFESSIONAL SOURCING INDONESIA (Nusa Tenggara Timur) - District Planning Coordinators

District Planning Coordinators (DPC - 4 positions)
The DPCs will work for an International Aid Agency to implement a new health program. The program is designed to asasist the district and povincial goverment to improve material and neo-natal health outcomes in Nusa Tengara Timur (NTT)
DPCs will based in NTT to help with the socialization, planning and budgeting preparations for implementation of the program at the province level and in seven districs in 2009
The four (4) DPCs will be assigned to specific districs in NTT and will require frequent travel within the province. Initial six month positions with the possibility of extending to long-term positions
Qualifications :

Qualifications :
- At least 3 years work experience in project implementation in a developing country context, with at least some of this in planning and budgeting processes and good governance (spesifically in Indonesia)
- Recognized undergraduate degree or higher, preferably related to public adminitration
- Demonstrated understanding of Indonesian goverment health policy and systems, in particular, in the material and neonatal health sector
- Strong motivation and work ethic, proactive style, and results oriented
- Sound judgment, communication, liaison, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work acording to AusAID policies and principles
- Ability to work in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Gender awareness and a desire to mainstream gender accross the program
- Willing to travel through out NTT
- Willing to work in any district within NTT area
