Finance & Accounting Manager
Generally this position is to oversee finance accounting control function of the company, and assist management for decision making & performance improvement in developing strategies, implementing and controlling the company financial operation
This includes :
- Preparation of management and financial reports. Overall management of the company transaction processes on account receivables, payables, banking payroll, and fixed asset
- Consolidation of group accounts
- Ensure enforcement of SOP and other control function related to accounting, fixed asset, purchase & project operations
- Budgeting control, Cash Flow management
- Taxation, Subordinates supervisory
- Ensure good internal controls are in place
- Liaise with external auditors
- Ad-hoc assignments
Requirements :
- Preferrably Female with maximum ae 35 years old
- Holds minimum Bachelor degree majoring in Accounting from reputable university
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in the same position, experience as an external auditor will be an advantage
- Conversant with Ms. Office applications
- Having good knowledge of Indonesian taxation cash flow analysis and budgeting
- Excellent in managerial skill, organization, leadership, analytical and interpersonal
- Good in oral & written communication both in Indonesian and English
- Self innovated, initiative, trustworthy, good team player
