Senior Occupational Health Doctor
Requirements:

• Physician, with at least 7 years post graduation experience in general medicine holding or currently studying Magister in Occupational Medicine (MKK)
• Preferably having working experience in Mining or Oil & Gas Industry
• Experience on managing occupational health and industrial hygiene programme in industry
• Certified Hiperkes, ATLS and ACLS
• Having leadership competency, admin experience, strong in communication skill and fluent in English both written and spoken
• Willing to be placed on Teluk Bintuni, Papua with ON & OFF Schedule
• Able to join immediately

PT Greenfields Indonesia was established by a group of Australian and Indonesian entrepreneurs with strong agribusiness expertise and experience. In April 1999, the Company began the construction of a milk processing facility that became operational in June 2000. Milk produced by the farm is of the highest quality and meets the world toughest microbiological standards. PT Greenfields Indonesia produces Extended Shelf Life (ESL) pasteurised and Ultra High Temperature (UHT) milk in several types, flavours and sizes.

Today, Greenfields farm has a cattle population of over 4,000 head of Holstein cows producing 20 millions litres of fresh milk each year. b. Perawat
1) Perawat atau Perawat Bidan dengan sertifikat BTLS, BTCLS, BCLS, Emergency
Nursing atau PPGD.
2) Memiliki Surat Izin Perawat (SIP) dan surat izin kerja perawat (SIKP) atau SIB,
melakukan praktik keperawatan dengan rekomendasi dinas kesehatan setempat.

a. Dokter
1) Dokter spesialis : Penyakit Dalam, Jantung Pembuluh Darah, Paru, Kesehatan Jiwa,
Saraf dan Bedah.
2) Dokter Gigi.
3) Dokter Umum : Bertugas di IGD, ICCU dan ICU.
4) Khusus untuk Mekkah, diutamakan yang pernah bertugas sebagai PPIH.
b. Perawat
1) Minimal pendidikan D3
2) Diutamakan perawat yang bertugas di IGD, ICCU, ICU, IW, perawatan geriatri dan
bedah.
3) Khusus Mekkah, diutamakan yang pernah bertugas sebagai PPIH.
c. Analis Kesehatan
1) Minimal pendidikan D3 Analis kesehatan.
2) Bekerja di instalasi laboratorium.
d. Radiografer
1) Minimal pendidikan D3 Penata Rontgen atau Radiodiagnostik dan radioterapi.
2) Bekerja di instalasi radiologi rumah sakit
e. Ahli Rekam Medik
1) Minimal pendidikan D3 Rekam Medik.
2) Bekerja di Unit Rekam Medik Rumah Sakit.
3) Mahir menggunakan komputer program MS Word dan MS Excell.
f. Teknisi Elektromedik
1) Minimal pendidikan D3 Teknik elektromedik.
2) Bekerja di unit pelayanan elektromedik.
3) Pengalaman kerja minimal 5 tahun.
g. Nutrisionis dan Dietisian
1) Minimal pendidikan D3 Gizi.
2) Bekerja sebagai ahli dietetik di rumah sakit.
h. Tenaga Farmasi

Medical Doctor (MD)

Qulaifications :

• Physician/General Practitioner preferably graduated from accredited medical school
  
• Experienced at least 5 (five) years post graduation in general medicine in a clinical setting, preferably having experience on medical emergency response & OH program in Oil & Gas company or similar industries
  
• Registered with the Indonesian Medical Council and having copy of STR document
  
• Having valid ATLS, ACLS, Hiperkes and Sea Survival training certificates
  
• Experience in handling Medivac (Medical Evacuation)
  
• Dokter Ahli Kesehatan Kerja Muda (IDKI) is preferable
  
• Self reliant whit the ability to work independently and as part of a team as well
  
• Able to communicate clearly and effectively to all levels within an organization and remain calm in emergency situations
  
• Strong in communication skill & interpersonal skill
  
• Capable to communicate in English for both oral and written, can write report in English
  
• Administration experience, computer literate, familiar with MS Office
  
• Available, willing and ready to place at remote site in Papua (BP-LNG Papua) (schedule of 4 week on duty and 4 week off)
