a. Dokter
1) Mempunyai sertifikat ATLS, ATCLS, ACLS, GELS.
2) Memiliki Surat Izin Praktek (SIP), melakukan praktik kedokteran dengan
rekomendasi Dinas Kesehatan setempat.
b. Perawat
1) Perawat atau Perawat Bidan dengan sertifikat BTLS, BTCLS, BCLS, Emergency
Nursing atau PPGD.
2) Memiliki Surat Izin Perawat (SIP) dan surat izin kerja perawat (SIKP) atau SIB,
melakukan praktik keperawatan dengan rekomendasi dinas kesehatan setempat.

a. Dokter
1) Dokter spesialis : Penyakit Dalam, Jantung Pembuluh Darah, Paru, Kesehatan Jiwa,
Saraf dan Bedah.
2) Dokter Gigi.
3) Dokter Umum : Bertugas di IGD, ICCU dan ICU.
4) Khusus untuk Mekkah, diutamakan yang pernah bertugas sebagai PPIH.
b. Perawat
1) Minimal pendidikan D3
2) Diutamakan perawat yang bertugas di IGD, ICCU, ICU, IW, perawatan geriatri dan
bedah.
3) Khusus Mekkah, diutamakan yang pernah bertugas sebagai PPIH.
c. Analis Kesehatan
1) Minimal pendidikan D3 Analis kesehatan.

d. Radiografer

e. Ahli Rekam Medik

f. Teknisi Elektromedik
1) Minimal pendidikan D3 Teknik elektromedik.

Position Requirement:

Position Purpose :
