PT Dua Kelinci is selling peanuts products such as Roasted Groundnuts in shell, Garlic Roasted Groundnuts in shell, Extruded Snacks, Corn Snacks and Broad Beans snacks. Dua Kelinci’s factory complex occupies about 12 hectares in the small town of Pati in Central Java. It comprises six giant processing workshops, two office buildings, guest housing, staff facilities, and the Kelinci Kiosk.

EXECUTIVE CHEF
REQUIREMENTS :


* Male, max 45 years old
* Minimum holding 1 year experience as an Executive Chef
* Having experience to set up pre-opening restaurant
* Qualified in Indonesian food including some traditional dishes
* Qualified in creating menu planning, menu costing and menu engineering
* Well organized, honest, hard worker and high dedicated to the job
* Having strong leadership, problem solving, decision making skills
* Willing to work on Sundays and public holidays
* Able to handle pressure and multi task
* An out-going, hands-on, dynamic, professional leader with excellent communication skills
* Having sense of coaching subordinate

RESTAURANT OPERATION MANAGER
REQUIREMENTS :


* Male, max 35 years old
* Minimum Diploma/D3 majoring in Hotel/Tourism
* Having a home town in Central Java would be an advance
* Minimum Experience 2 years in position as a Restaurant Manager
* Familiar with F & B costing, controllable expenses and budgeting
* Experience in opening new restaurant
* Having an excellent knowledge of all areas in restaurant including a very good knowledge about product of Food & Beverage
* An out-going, hands-on, dynamic, professional leader with excellent communication skills
* Having strong leadership, problem solving, decision making skills
* Having computer literate, ability in written and spoken English
* Well organized, honest, hard worker and high dedicated to the job
* Able to handle pressure and multi task
* Willing to work long hours in a high pressure
* Willing to work on Sundays and public holidays

EXPORT MANAGER
REQUIREMENTS :


* Maximum 40 years old
* Minimum Bachelor/S1 Degree in any discipline
* Minimum 5 years working experiences as Export Manager in reputable FMCG National Company
* Having computer literate
* Ability in written and spoken English & Mandarin
* Self motivated, result oriented and able to deliver the expeted results under pressure
* An out-going, hands-on, dynamic, professional leader with excellent communication skills
* Having strong leadership, problem solving, decision making skills

MARKETING MANAGER
REQUIREMENTS :

* Maximum 45 years old
* Minimum Bachelor/S1 Degree in Business/Marketing related field
* Minimum 5 years working experiences as Marketing Manager in reputable FMCG National Company
* Have a good knowledge's of marketing concept
* Having computer literate
* Ability in written and spoken English
* Self motivated, result oriented and able to deliver the expeted results under pressure
* Having strong leadership, problem solving, decision making and communication skills
