• Direct all aspects of operator duties at the well site and at the shop as per the standard operating procedures
• Maintain the logging unit and perform all pre-job duties, well-site operations and post-job duties, as well as training of junior operators
• Operation and servicing of mechanical devices, pressure control equipment and winch; building logging cable heads, building perforating cable heads and perform tool maintenance
• Rig up and down wellsite equipment
• Responsible for proper job-related paperwork and other records for self and assigned crew
• Remain knowledgeable of, and ensure compliance to regulations applicable to explosives operations
• Participate actively in quality improvement efforts with respect to operations
• Promote and maintain good customer relations
• Carry out all required responsibilities safely
• Conduct all business activities in accordance with Baker Hughes HSE policies, Legal Compliance requirements and Baker Hughes Core Values
• Maintain records and communications as required
• Proven track record of leadership in the field
• General knowledge of basic oil and gas industry
• Good mechanical aptitude
• Ability to work well and communicate well with others
Senior / General Field Engineer
• Open Hole/Cased Hole Wireline Logging experience
• Ability to satisfy all regulatory requirements as specified by the Operations Manager
• Willing to work according to schedules assigned by the Operations Manager
• HSE and Quality awareness and strong commitment
• Proven analytical, problem solving and troubleshooting skills
• Computer literate
• Demonstrates proficient English skills in oral and written form
• Supervises crew and equipment at the wellsite and at the shop to provide specific logging and completions services
• Advises Customer Representative in the logging, completions operations and decision-making processes
• Assists with the training of assigned personnel in completions operations and maintenance
• Maintains records and communications as required by the Operations Manager
• Maintains current technical status by attending advanced training courses and by self-study
• Supports the introduction of new and advanced technology by hands-on involvement with the new technology
• Support operations with technical assistance as required
• Participates actively in quality improvement efforts
• Promote and maintain good customer relations
• Carries out all required responsibilities safely and as described in Managing Base Operations, Managing Well Operations and Managing Equipment and Logistics manuals

Local Content Specialist
• For tender purposes, this person must know exactly how to calculate LC properly for Rental, Services and Sale separately
• Must understand comprehensively the LC regulation (BPMigas, Dirjen Migas, Industrial Department)
• For LC verification, he/she will prepare and provide all documentation and liaise with customer until verification done
• Provide the LC calculation for Master List purposes
• This person must submit the periodic LC report to customer the development of LC achievement during contract life
• Understand properly about the Penalty and Sanction if LC could not achieve the target proposed
• Conduct training to sales department on how to calculate LC properly
