We are currently looking for high qualified individual to join our team at Novotel Surabaya Hotel & Suite in the position of:

F & B WAITER / WAITRESS - SURABAYA
Qualifications:

* Minimum 2 years in similar position at 4 or 5 stars at international hotel
* Have strong mature leadership, problem solving and decision making skills.
* Outgoing, energetic, enthusiastic and Guest service oriented, team player, good listener
* Problem solver and ability to think creatively, and have an open mind
* Good knowledge of computer skills : Microsoft word, excel.
* Proactive and aggressive in every circumstance
* Fluent in written and spoken English

GRAPHIC DESIGNER - SURABAYA
Qualifications:

* Minimum 2 years in similar position at 4 or 5 stars at international hotel
* Have strong mature leadership, problem solving and decision making skills.
* Outgoing, energetic, enthusiastic and Guest service oriented, team player, good listener
* Problem solver and ability to think creatively, and have an open mind
* Good knowledge of computer skills : Photoshop, Illustrator,freehand,power point.
* Photography would be an advantage
* Proactive and aggressive in every circumstance
* Fluent in written and spoken English

Guest Service Agent / Guest Relation Officer
Qualifications:

* Minimum 2 years in similar position at 4 or 5 stars at international hotel
* Have strong mature leadership, problem solving and decision making skills.
* Outgoing, energetic, enthusiastic and Guest service oriented, team player, good listener
* Problem solver and ability to think creatively, and have an open mind
* Good knowledge of computer skills : Microsoft word, excel.
* Proactive and aggressive in every circumstance
* Fluent in written and spoken English

Qualifications :

• The ideal candidates should has experience in similar position min. 2 years, preferable in 4 or 5 stars hotel.
• Self motivated, outgoing persons and energetic.
• Guest service oriented.
• Able to work long hours.
• Mature, strong leadership, team player, result oriented.
• Computer literate (Ms Office application).
• Good command of English.
