Reservation Manager (Legian, Kuta, Bali)

Responsibilities:
As Reservation Manager, he/she must also be able to provide leadership to Reservation Department, having an excellent knowledge in hotel operations - especially Front Office department, experienced in handling allotments, excellent ability to handle room inventory, able to deal with demanding customers.

Requirements:

• The candidate must have been a Reservation Manager already for a minimum of (2) two years in four or five stars hotel.
  
• In addition to the above the ideal candidate must possess the following qualities:
  • High proficiency in written and spoken English
    
  • Computer literate
    
  • Mastering Fidelio Property Management System
    
  • Able to efficiently manage and train the staff
• Skillful, innovative and customer driven
