Currently we have some projects with an International Oil Company and require contract personnel for the positions below:

Naval Architect (20 months) (REF 11/0394F)

REQUIREMENT

• Minimum of 6 years experience in design and construction of offshore oil and gas floating facilities, particularly FPSO.
• Experienced as a naval architect in FEED ideal.
• Knowledge of industry standards and codes including classification society rules (quality, safety and others) applicable to naval architecture for offshore floating facilities including FPSO.
• Experience in supervision of physical model test.
• Familiar with project safety management.
• Having the flexible mind and sparing no efforts to implement the services.

Procurement Compliance Officer (12 months) (REF 11/0394F)
Requirements :

• Minimum 5 years of procurement experience during EPC phases on oil & gas projects in Indonesia as Client Company.
• Experience in vendor selection process such as vendor verification, collecting goods/services quotations, and/or cost estimation calculations.
• Prefer experience in Offshore, FPSO and/or LNG projects.
• Understands and has experience on local content calculation method in the oil and gas industry; and/or
• Experience in Indonesia vendor verifications for procurements/constructions of hulls, topsides and/or platforms.

An international EPC company is looking for a high caliber and strong candidate to be assigned as Senior Structural Engineer.

a. Minimum Bachelor s Degree in Civil Engineering from reputable Universities.
b. Having at least 10 years working experiences as Structure Engineer for offshore platform in oil and gas project.
c. Familiar with Structural Engineering Programming (SACS).
d. Preferably Senior Staffs specializing in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
e. Good leadership and interpersonal skill.
f. Fluent in English both verbal and written.

Senior Accountant/Senior Tax Accountant

- Bachelor degree in accounting/finance with 8-10+ year of experience in accounting preferably within the oil & gas industry
- SAP knowledge a definite plus
- Must have the knowledge, experience and confidence to work independently but at the same time be able to cooperate and support others in the team
- Able to communicate in English both oral and written.

Procurement Coordinator

- Bachelor degree in relevant discipline with minimum 6 years of experience in EPC phase within oil and gas project
- Having experience in various project such as offshore, LNG and FPSO is advantage
- Familiar with PTK/007 and its revision.
- Experiences in assisting Committee in reviewing technical and financial of every tender process prior submitting to Bid Committee for further recommendation and part of Bid Opening Team
- Able to perform independently with minimum supervision as well as a team member
- Having ability to communicate in English is a must.

Contract Specialist

Requirements:

- Bachelor degree in law or other relevant discipline with minimum 7 years of experience in managing / administering contracts of major capital projects of offshore Oil & Gas processing facilities
- Capable of managing all aspects of contracting functions for complex major capital projects
- Broad knowledge of external contracting best practices and trends
- Good presentation and communication skills
- Experience in developing new standard of contract and keep up with regulatory developments and ensure that all standard contracts and clauses are up to date to ensure compliance with the latest (issued) regulations
- Experience with major claims & dispute resolution – including mediation and arbitration
- PTK 007 certified

External Relation Manager

Main Responsibility:
• To develop, implement, review and maintain External Relations Strategic Objectives.
• Management of company newsletters and other editorials for publication.
• To ensure all press releases and communications both external and internal are to standard.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness and return on investment of PR activities, using outcomes to influence future plans.
• Responsible in maintaining good relationship with local government, media and local community.
• To promote all products and services, ensuring the corporate image and profile is cearly, coherently and consistently applied.

Requirement:
Experience in dealing with local government and its stake holder.
Good approach in dealing with local community to support Company goal.
Familiar with some permit required in oil and gas industry.
Fluent in English.
Having experience minimum15 years in similar position within oil and gas company.
Having experience in Papua is an advantage.

Business Development Coordinator
• Male or female.
• At least 7 years oil and gas industry experience, preferably with service company.
• Engineering degree.
• Supervisory experience.
• Good client network.
• Good teamwork and organizational skills.

Tender Coordinator
• University graduate in any discipline or D3 Secretary.
• At least 3 years experience in service company including tender support.
• Basic MS Office skills, especially Excel.
• Good organizational skills.
• Good analytical in tender document and love to work with number and detail.

Our client is an International Oil Services is looking for Drilling Supervisor for 24 months contract with requirement as follow:



• High school or higher level education and more than 15 years of oil field experience in a supervisory capacity; or an equivalent combination of education and/or relevant experience.

• Minimum 10 years experience in offshore drilling.

• Experience in developing and implementing HSE&T procedures and systems, including STOP program, bridging documents, mobilization plans and Simultaneous Operations.

• Checking tools and equipment arrived on rig site in time. Check there specification to make sure are fit for propose.

• Controlling day to day operation. Ensure that all operation is performed according to the plan & the company s standar procedures, in safe mode.

• Preparing drilling instructions, and making sure are understood by Rig or Service Company s crew. Charring pre job safety meeting.
