1. Business Development Manager

Reporting to the President Director the successful candidate will be responsible for:
• Effective business development resulting in Emeco growth;
• Developing strong professional relationships with key clients;
• Meeting sales revenue and financial targets;
• Developing business cases or justifications for fleet expansion;
• Working cohesively with the management team to capitalise on opportunities; and
• Ensuring equipment is effectively deployed

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate:
• Experience in a similar role, preferably within a sales capacity;
• Practical knowledge or experience of the mining industry;
• Strong communication, negotiation and networking skills;
• An ability to build strong working relationships at all levels of an organisation;
• Highly developed analytical skills and project management skills;
• Ability to communicate, verbal and written, in Bahasa would be highly regarded; and
• The ability to travel as required

Senior Accountant/Senior Tax Accountant

- Bachelor degree in accounting/finance with 8-10+ year of experience in accounting preferably within the oil & gas industry
- SAP knowledge a definite plus

Procurement Coordinator

- Bachelor degree in relevant discipline with minimum 6 years of experience in EPC phase within oil and gas project
- Having experience in various project such as offshore, LNG and FPSO is advantage
- Familiar with PTK/007 and its revision.
- Experiences in assisting Committee in reviewing technical and financial of every tender process prior submitting to Bid Committee for further recommendation and part of Bid Opening Team
- Able to perform independently with minimum supervision as well as a team member
- Having ability to communicate in English is a must.

Contract Specialist

Requirements:

- Bachelor degree in law or other relevant discipline with minimum 7 years of experience in managing / administering contracts of major capital projects of offshore Oil & Gas processing facilities
- Capable of managing all aspects of contracting functions for complex major capital projects
- Broad knowledge of external contracting best practices and trends
- Good presentation and communication skills
- Experience in developing new standard of contract and keep up with regulatory developments and ensure that all standard contracts and clauses are up to date to ensure compliance with the latest (issued) regulations
- Experience with major claims & dispute resolution – including mediation and arbitration
- PTK 007 certified

External Relation Manager

Main Responsibility:
• To develop, implement, review and maintain External Relations Strategic Objectives.
• Management of company newsletters and other editorials for publication.
• To ensure all press releases and communications both external and internal are to standard.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness and return on investment of PR activities, using outcomes to influence future plans.
• Responsible in maintaining good relationship with local government, media and local community.
• To promote all products and services, ensuring the corporate image and profile is cearly, coherently and consistently applied.

Requirement:
Experience in dealing with local government and its stake holder.
Good approach in dealing with local community to support Company goal.
Familiar with some permit required in oil and gas industry.
Fluent in English.
Having experience minimum15 years in similar position within oil and gas company.
Having experience in Papua is an advantage.

Business Development Coordinator
• Male or female.
• At least 7 years oil and gas industry experience, preferably with service company.
• Engineering degree.
• Supervisory experience.
• Good client network.
• Good teamwork and organizational skills.

Tender Coordinator
• University graduate in any discipline or D3 Secretary.
• At least 3 years experience in service company including tender support.
• Basic MS Office skills, especially Excel.
• Good organizational skills.
• Good analytical in tender document and love to work with number and detail.
