1. Business Development Manager

Reporting to the President Director the successful candidate will be responsible for:
• Effective business development resulting in Emeco growth;
• Developing strong professional relationships with key clients;
• Meeting sales revenue and financial targets;
• Developing business cases or justifications for fleet expansion;
• Working cohesively with the management team to capitalise on opportunities; and
• Ensuring equipment is effectively deployed

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate:
• Experience in a similar role, preferably within a sales capacity;
• Practical knowledge or experience of the mining industry;
• Strong communication, negotiation and networking skills;
• An ability to build strong working relationships at all levels of an organisation;
• Highly developed analytical skills and project management skills;
• Ability to communicate, verbal and written, in Bahasa would be highly regarded; and
• The ability to travel as required
