Check and identify all the spare part return from ACSC and ASP are in good condition in order to avoid ‘hand over case’ in spare part return

Follow up to ASC, ACSC and ASP in order to return the spare part if the spare part loan is already more than 3 days
Inform Warehouse Engineer regarding unavailability of spare part stock in order to take immediate alternate action to get the spare part so as to achieve the agreed level of SLA
Provide monthly report of spare part stock, status and hand over case to be submitted to Superior in order to support Superior action plan and decision making process
