Tower Bersama Group is a group of companies providing telecommunication infrastructure services to Indonesian wireless carriers, the Group develops and operates telecommunication supporting infrastructure including tower and DAS and currently provides over 1000 BTS points of infrastructure across Indonesia. Our rapid growth requires the involvement of new team members with the motivation, skill and experience to achieve the company’s objectives in the following positions:

Account Payable Staff (AP)
Responsibilities:

• Verification the bill from subcon / vendor
• Make a payment on the bill from subcon / vendor
• Perform Accounts Payable data entry
• Looking for user approval
• AP & Bank Account Reconciliation

Requirements:

• Male / Female, 25 – 30 Years old
• Minimum S1 degree in Accounting/Finance from reputable university, with minimum GPA 3.0
• Minimum 2-3 years experience as Account Payable Staff
• Hands on experience using Microsoft applications and computerized accounting system
• Has strong leadership skill, good analytical skill, good time management and interpersonal skills
• Sharp intuition for internal control and able to identify potential risks
• Good verbal and written communication and presentation skills
• Hard worker, fast learner, and ability to work under pressure
• Must be able to speak and write in English

Maintenance Field Officer (MFO)
Responsibilities:

• Monitoring routine maintenance work site and genset performed by contractors.
• Monitoring repair work by the contractor according to SOP.
• Monitoring or maintenance of generators and fuel usage in order to always be ready to operate when required.
• Implement KPI CME and repeaters that have been defined according to schedule and ensure the minutes of KPIs that have been signed on schedule.
• Evaluate implementation of the work the contractor.
• Prepare all the documents supporting the needs of the insurance claim.

Requirements:

• Male max. 25 years old.
• Min D3 majoring in Civil, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, & Telecommunication.
• Min. 2 years experience in Wireless Telecommunication Business (fresh graduates are welcome).
• Have knowledge in BTS Tower and Repeater
• Computer literate
• Having Driving License (SIM A /SIM C).
• Job Location all over Indonesia.

INVENTORY WAREHOUSE / LOGISTIC
Responsibility:

* Responsible in providing tower material
* Ensure the supplier produce tower material specification and quantity that stated in the Purchase Order (PO) and also ensure each site using those materials.
* Monitoring the delivery of materials to the warehouse and site

With requirements and qualifications as follows:

* Min. Diploma in any field from reputable university (Preferably Bachelor Degree)
* Min. 1 years working experience as Logistics Staff in Telecommunication Company
* Good understanding in supply chain management
* Has good administration skill
* Ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines
* Able to work as a team or independent
* Must be able to speak and write in English

TAX ACCOUNTANT OFFICER
Responsibility:
The role of the Tax Accountant is to perform daily tax activities; Monthly & annual tax reporting, reconciliation of all general ledger tax account, and maintain fixed asset register for tax purposes.

With requirements and qualifications as follows:

* Min. Diploma in Accounting or Taxation from reputable university (Preferably Bachelor Degree)
* Certified Brevet A & B
* Min. 1 years experience in Taxation and Accounting field
* Familiar with E-SPT tax reporting format
* Must be strong in excel and accounting software
* Able to work under pressure and working with less supervision
* Strong analytical and problem solving skills
* Proactive and results oriented
