PLANT ENGINEER (PLE) - (Cilegon - Banten)
Scope of Work:

* Responsible to the Engineering Manager on the agreed work targets, and including Line Management responsibilities may change at any time.
* Conduct analysis and develop Planned & Preventive Maintenance System is comprehensive, including programs that are very detailed maintenance shutdown every year.
* Assist / support the implementation of other tasks of the Engineering Manager and / or Project Engineer.

Qualifications:

* Education Min. S-1 Mechanical Engineering.
* Male, with maximum age 38 years
* Having experience min. 5 years in the management of Plant Maintenance with a track record of success in running the Planned & Preventive Maintenance System. Relevant experience in oil and gas industry, chemical or Refined Sugar is preferred.
* Have Ability and Managerial Leadership is good and also understand the need for implementing a system of discipline and oversight, especially subordinates.
* Type of hardworking, honest, and has a positive spirit as a 'Team Player' who understands the value of a positive contribution to the team.
* Able to communicate in English.

The process consists of dissolving the new sugar in hot water, variuos purification steps, evaporation of the water, crystallisation and drying.
