SPARE PART MARKETING SUPPORT
Qualifications :

* Male, age 26 - 30 years
* Diploma/Bachelor degree from reputable university
* Experience with Market Survey for Parts Business
* Experience with Parts Development
* Able to develop new part network
* Able to make Sales Plan & Strategy to Increase Parts Sales
* Familiar with after sales market specially spare parts for Trucks

Related Skill :

* God Interpersonal and Comunication Skill
* Able and familiar to comunicate in English, both oral and writen

It is located in Kota Bukit Indah Cikampek, Jawa Barat, spread across 120,000 m2 of land, with 10,000 units production capacity in one year, need additional employees to strengthen the team, with the following qualification :

HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER
General Requirements:

* Male
* S1 from reputable university ( preferable in Law )
* Age Max 40 years old.
* Experiences Minimum 3 years in the same position as HR Manager
* Willing to work in Purwakarta
* Good command in English, both spoken and written.
* Strong leadership and managerial skill, ability to work under pressure, good analytical and good communication skill.

Specific requirements :

* Understanding for all human resources activity such as: Recruitment, Training, Compensation & Benefit, Performance Appraisal, Promotion, etc.
* Having experience to negotiate with Labor Union related with industrial relation issues.

RECRUITMENT SUPERVISOR
General Requirements:

* Male / Female
* Min S1 from reputable university majoring Psychology.
* Age Max 32 years old.
* Experiences Minimum 2 years in the same position as Recruitment Supervisor
* Willing to work in Purwakarta
* Good command in English, both spoken and written.
* Strong leadership and managerial skill, ability to work under pressure, good analytical and good communication skill.

Specific requirements :

* Understanding for recruitment process such as: searching & selecting candidate, interviewing and negotiating of benefit.
* Having experience to conduct psychological test and make conclusion.

General Affair Staff

Qualifications:
* Male
* Min D3 majoring preferably from Civil / Building
* Age Max 28 years
* Minimum 2 years experience
* Willing to work in Purwakarta and participate in Night Shift
* Can use a computer: MS Word and MS Excel

Special Conditions:
Having experience in the maintenance of existing equipment in the buildings / buildings or facilities that are outside the building.
