Due to expansion, we are seeking self-motivated team player for the following position in our Indonesia office:

Sales Administration Specialist / Customer Service Specialist / SCM Specialist

Requirements:

1. Min. Diploma degree with min. GPA 2.8 (from 4.00).
2. Experience at least 2 years as Sales Administrator or Logistic Specialist
3. Good in Microsoft office applications, especially in Excel
4. Preferable familiar with SAP system
5. High motivated person, good communication skills, multi-tasked person
6. Able to work independently or in a team
7. Good in English (Spoken & Written)

Job Tasks:

1. Prepare sales quotation, order processing ( order entry & order change); and follow up shipment ( delivery status follow up) and customer payment ( chase for overdue) , this workflow requires cross communication with internal customers such as supplier , logistics ,
2. Perform logistics functions in coordinating with warehouse and forwarders; monitoring supplier’s delivery performance & urge for delivery collection to meet monthly sales budget
3. Sales & order Report generation
4. Filling documents

ACCOUNTANT ASSISTANT
Requirements :

• Strictly a Degree (S1) Education in Accounting
• 2 to 3 years’ experience in a same field. Experience in Multi National Company will be advantage. Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Possess strong knowledge in Accounting, US-GAAP and IAS
• Knowledge in excel and accounting software
• Fluent in English is a must, both oral and written
• Team player with good communication skills
• Willingness to learn, work hard and grow with the company
• Able to handle full set of accounts, VAT, and withholding tax return
• Ready to work underpressure and tight deadline

The Job :

• Maintain the Accounts Reveivable, Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets and General Ledger System;
• Reconcile with group companies inter-company balances;
• Update and safe custody of petty cash;
• Maintain the SAP financial/ accounting module;
• Book all journal voucher entries;
• Prepare VAT and Withholding tax returns;
• Prepare monthly bank reconciliation statements;
• Assist the Finance Manager in compilation of internal management reports;
• Assist the Finance manager in preparation of ad-hoc reports.
