• Responsibility includes sales of ETP solution to retail sector in Indonesia.
  
• Focus is to Generate Leads, Booking, Billing and Cash flow management.
  
• Able to communicate at CXO level and position ETP value proposition to them
  
• To identify prospects for ETP in the region by continuous prospecting of accounts and aligning with offsite inside sales team.
  
• Work with pre-sales to fine tune and present the solution to prospects
  
• Identify prospective channel partners who would carry ETP in the product and service portfolio, support in conducting due diligence and appoint partners.
  
• Support channel partners in helping them achieve their sales target by continuously monitoring their sales funnel; support them in presentations and client meetings.
  
• Close sales projects leading to achieving of sales targets with timely collection of receivables to achieve profitability objectives.
  
• Account management and support to customer projects
  
• Will be based in Indonesia and willing to travel within Asia

• Excellent relationships skills
  
• Good personality and ability to meet and engage with top management
  
• University Degree
  
• Strong customer focus and good customer management skills.
  
• Creativity in solving complex problems.
  
• Should have a strong sales drive
  
• Extensive travel can be expected.
  
• Expected 4-8 years experience in IT related sales

• S1 in Technic Industry! Mechanical Engineering ( min. IPK 3,00)
• Have a good ability in Metal Stamping, Wood Working, Plastic Injection, Furniture, Mould / Dies
• Min.2 years working experience as Production Manager
• Willing to be located in China

R & D Manager

• S1 in Mechanical Engineering (min. IPK 3,00)
• Male. 30 - 40 years old, dynamic, able to conduct the subordinates
• Min, 3 years working experience in Product Development for Plastic Engineering. Metal Stamping & Died Casting
• Proficient in Solid Work I Pro E

Sales & Marketing Director

• Male. 30 - 40 years old, fluent in English
• Should be very aggressive, proactive and possess effective communication and interpersonal skili with international team across cultural bounderies,
• Very strong leadership & management skill and demonstrate ability to operate and make decision independently
• More than 5 years of proven and demonstrated track record in similar position at reputable company.

IT Staff

• S1 Computer (min. IPK 3,00 )
• Have a good ability in VB 6.0, SQL Server, PHP, Networking shooting
