ASSOCIATE LAWYER / SENIOR ASSOCIATE LAWYER
with the following qualifications and experiences:
- Degree in law (Sarjana Hukum) from reputable university and shall be able to show professional successful track records;
- Have minimum 6 (six) years experience in the fields of general corporate and commercial law, banking and finance, preferably in electricity power and energy projects;
- Good commands of English both oral and written with excellent agreement drafting and report writing skills;
- Familiar with laws and regulations, particularly in the legal fields of banking and finance, and electricity power and energy;
- Possessing good personalities and communication skills, ability and confidence to interact with clients as well as governmental institutions, and able to work independently and/or in a team; and
- Good planning skills and ability to prioritize workload.
