• Arranging work activities schedule for Managing Partner and Partners, includes manage and update the schedule.
• Correspondence to Client and others.
• Arranging for internal and external meetings.
• Arranging partners and clients correspondences.
• Sending letters, documents and fax for legal correspondence purpose to Clients, witnesses and court official.
• Doing administrative task such as correct data/documents, explain information in writing, operate calculator and computer for payment, invoices, financial balance and others document.
• Greeting the visitor, determining the arrival purpose, and accompanying the visitor to associate or other related staff.

• At least Sarjana Hukum degree from a reputable Indonesian law faculty
• Minimum 2 years work experience in corporate commercial transactions with reputable law firms

• Preferably holding a legal practice license

• Good planning skills and ability to prioritize workload.

Requirements for Litigation Dept.:

• Min. 7 years (for Senior Position) & Min. 3 years (for Associate Position) working experience in litigation work (bankruptcy, criminal & civil law)
• Knowledgeable in various litigation assignments (commercial & criminal) covering multiple levels of courts
• Experienced in drafting & preparing legal opinions & assisting or accompanying clients during legal proceedings

Requirements for Corporate Dept.:

• Min. 7 years (for Senior Position) & Min. 3 years (for Associate Position) working experience in Corporate Law Firm
• Well versed with various corporate legal assignments, i.e.: legal due diligence, corporate restructuring, bond issuance, mergers & acquisitions, loan arrangements, capital market.
• Excellent command in English communication skills
