The firm area of practices cover telecommunication and power plan projects, project finance transaction, capital markets, acquisition and corporate reorganization (including mergers and liquidations), consturction (infrastructure), banking (including financial and loan restructuring), property (including real estate and strate title transaction), agency licensing, franchise and distributionship, commercial agreements, foreign and domestic investment (including joint venture and shareholder agreement), venture capital, corporate finance and secured transactions, factoring, lease financing, international trade, employment contract and labour, commercial litigation, and antitrust or competition law.

ASSOCIATE LAWYER / SENIOR ASSOCIATE LAWYER

with the following qualifications and experiences:

• Degree in law (Sarjana Hukum) from reputable university and shall be able to show professional successful track records;
• Have minimum 6 (six) years experience in the fields of general corporate and commercial law, banking and finance, preferably in electricity power and energy projects;
• Good commands of English both oral and written with excellent agreement drafting and report writing skills;
• Familiar with laws and regulations, particularly in the legal fields of banking and finance, and electricity power and energy;
• Possessing good personalities and communication skills, ability and confidence to interact with clients as well as governmental institutions, and able to work independently and/or in a team; and
• Good planning skills and ability to prioritize workload.
