District Sales Manager – DuPont Crop Protection
(To be located in South Sulawesi and South Sumatera)

Roles & Responsibilities :

• Develop sales/marketing strategy in an assigned territory in accordance with country/ regional/global plan.
  
• Work closely with the country team to develop, implement and follow up business plans and objectives.
  
• Find and explore new opportunities in the market whilst maintaining the existing business.
  
• Coach and monitor sales team by providing guidance, feedback, and direction to ensure successful performance.
  
• Make sure that all sales and marketing activities performed is in compliance with related policy and regulations.

Requirements :

• Bachelor Degree in Agriculture
  
• Minimum of 5 years sales experiences in pesticide Industry
  
• Excellent communications and networking skills
  
• Strong drives to guide, coach and monitor the implementation of activities towards achievement of sales.
