Manado’s main attractions are off-shore: the incredible coral reefs off nearby Bunaken Island, now a protected Marine Park, offer some of the best diving and snorkeling in the world.

With the opening of Novotel Manado, Accor operates 15 Novotels throughout the Indonesian Archipelago, 84 throughout Asia Pacific and over 400 around the world.

Novotel Manado like all Novotels throughout Asia Pacific is working to achieve certification under Green Globe Sustainable Tourism Certification by the end of 2009. Green Globe is an international organisation that provides certification for Sustainable Tourism, originally established in 1992 by the World Tourism and Travel Council and based on Agenda 21 (priorities of the 21st century for the planet).

We are currently seeking for following position:

TRAINING MANAGER or TRAINING COORDINATOR

Minimum requirements:

• 2 years experience in similar position
  
• A good trainer
  
• Good communication skill
  
• Computer and English literate

SPA MANAGER

Minimum requirements:

• 2 years experience in similar position
  
• A good trainer
  
• Able to do pre opening
  
• Good communication skill
  
• English literate
  
• Age 25 –35 years old

CHINESE CHEF

Minimum requirements:

• 2 years experience in similar position
  
• Knowledge of Noodle & Dimsum
  
• Strong leadership
  
• English literate
  
• High motivation and result oriented
