Tiendas Law Offices was founded in February 2006 by Rudy Eliezer Tiendas, a licensed advocate and a registered capital markets lawyer with the Indonesian Capital Markets & Financial Institutions Supervisory Agency (BAPEPAM-LK), who has a tremendous amount of experience in a large number of transactions in the areas of mergers & acquisitions, capital markets and securities, banking & finance and debt restructurings.

ACCOUNTING MANAGER

Qualifications:

• Min. S1 Accounting/Finance from a reputable Indonesian university
  
• At least 3 years experience in the same position
  
• Having knowledge of tax regulation and possession of tax brevet will be an advantage
  
• Possess experience in finance area : Receivable, Collection, Payable, Taxation and Bank Reconciliation
  
• Able to provide Financial Report (balance sheet & income statement)
  
• Good written and oral English is a must.

SENIOR ASSOCIATES

Qualifications :

• Graduated (with excellent academic record) from recognized Indonesian law school.
  
• At least 6 years experience with corporate and/or finance law firm (the firm will not consider applications which do not satisfy this requiremet).
  
• Good written and oral English is a must.
