We are focus on implementing Document Management System, Record Management System and Knowledge Management System, both Methodology and Technology Consultancy. Currently, We seek technical project manager and technical leader for being our first layer technology consultant.

Technical Lead / Analyst Programmer

General Requirements:

• Minimum D3 or Bachelor Degree in computer related majoring in Computer Science/ Computer Engineer/ Information System, etc.
  
• Having good communication and analytical skills
  
• Ability to work individually and as a team work
  
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve target in timely manner
  
• Technology focused, self-motivated, curios in finding out the related knowledge, proactive in problem solving and can work with minimum supervision
  
• Knowing one or more ECMS Technology (Alfresco ECMS or Google Apps or Sharepoint or FileNet) is advantage

Technical Skills:

• Min 2-3 years experiences in programming & Testing of relevant experience in Web based application using J2EE or PHP or C# .NET
  
• Familiar with Eclipse with JBoss Business Process Model (JBPM)
  
• Familiar with LINUX or UNIX and Windows
  
• Familiar with RDBMS. (Oracle / MS SQL / PostgreSQL / MySQL)
  
• Have strong knowledge in business process, architecture system and business solution
  
• Have strong knowledge and experience in UML, OOP & Java Framework Experience in project management process
  
• Able to write and code SQL statements.
  
• Having knowledge in HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.
  
• Good logic and able to solve problems quickly.
  
• Self-initiated and proactive, with good communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Able to work based on contract.

Job Description :

• Determines, analyzes, and documents the business requirements from the business community and coordinates with the developers to create the system specifications
  
• Communicates with the developers for clarification of business requirements, testing, and reporting of errors found in the systems being supported
  
• Identifies all possible test scenarios and prepares the test plan for the systems under development
  
• Executes the test plan and conducts the acceptance testing for the developed programs as required
  
• Provides post-implementation and production support for supported systems including analysis of production problems raised by business users
  
• Conducts systems training for the business community as needed
  
• Prepares progress reports within agreed time frames
