Living up to its reputation for fine cuisine, the hotel has up to five restaurants to choose from according to the season

- BOUCHER : USD 400 – 550
- CHEF DE PARTIE – PASTRY : USD 600 - 700
- CHEF DE PARTIE – KITCHEN : USD 600 - 700
- DEMI CHEF DE PARTIE – PASTRY : USD 500 - 600
- DEMI CHEF DE PARTIE – KITCHEN : USD 500 - 600
- COMMIS COOK: USD 400 - 550
- JUNIOR SOUS CHEF – COLD KITCHEN : USD 700 - 850
